The Editorial Board of Marxist World are extremely pleased to announce the publication of the first issue (Spring 2016) of the quarterly Marxist World journal. Those who have preordered the journal will have it sent out shortly.
The publication of this journal marks a small but significant step in bringing Marxist ideas to the workers’ movement. We have kept the cover price (£2) as low as possible to make it accessible for young people and those on low incomes. The production of this journal is entirely funded by supporters of Marxist World, and we welcome donations from our readers (via the donate button on the right-hand sidebar). Several of the articles in the journal will initially be made available online. Gradually, over the next three months, the remaining journal articles will be reproduced online. We will also continue to produce exclusive content for the website.
Supporters of Marxist World will be selling the 60-page journal across the country at various events, however you can also order the journal online and have it delivered to your door here.
We believe that Marxism is the most important theoretical weapon available to the working class to defeat capitalism, and that a genuine democratic Marxist Party is needed the world over. Therefore we encourage those who broadly support the material we produce and host in the journal and website to contact us and help us build towards a new party of Marxism.
